Our flat rate for shipping consists of postage, material costs (packaging, filling and protective material) and the logistics service of our partner company. Every order is carefully put together in our warehouse and checked, scanned and packed again in the shipping department before it is picked up by the respective delivery agent. This way your order arrives quickly and safely!

Our logistics partners are DHL, GLS and Fedex. Due to the system, we unfortunately cannot make any exceptions and only ship with these three companies

It is dispatched several times a day and immediately after receipt of payment. The shipping time within Germany is usually 1-2 working days (Europe and overseas approx. 2-4 working days). If it should take longer, please do not hesitate to contact us. Usually the delay is due to delivery problems (wrong address, customer not found), which we can solve quickly and easily for you.

We ship within Europe, to North and South America as well as to Asia and Australia.

Cancellation and exchange

Yes, of course you have a statutory right of withdrawal. You can cancel your contractual declaration within one month without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, email) or by returning the purchased goods. To regulate the assumption of costs for a return shipment, please note the point "consequences of Withdrawal" in our Withdrawal instruction

If an item should not fit or please, exchange is of course not a problem, provided the desired exchange item is available. If you want to exchange the product, please contact our customer service, who will check our inventory for you.

For a return within Germany, you can simply use the return label included in the package and send the item back in our black mailing bag. The return costs of EUR 4.00 for the use of the return label will be offset against the reimbursement amount if you return the goods, provided that you have to bear the costs for the return. Please note the point"consequences of Withdrawal" in our withdrawal

The buyer has to bear the return shipping costs if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered ones and if the price of the goods to be returned is less than 40 euros or if you should not have paid for a higher price at the time of the cancellation. You can return a return to us cheaply (4.00 EUR) by using our return label and our mailing bag.

Ordering process

If an item is placed in the shopping cart, we check the availability and then reserve it for you in a second step at the checkout. In some cases, the last copy of an item may be bought by another customer before the reservation is made.

The watch list is a personal list in which you can enter articles that you are interested in. A watch list is created automatically as soon as you click on the button? click. You can view the content of the wish list you have created using the button"My watchlist" display at the top of the navigation. Later you can add a selection of items to the shopping cart from this list.

First collect all items in your shopping cart and then proceed to checkout to complete the order. Please note that the shipping costs are per package. If you have already completed an order and would like to add an article afterwards, this is possible as long as you have not yet made a payment for your existing order. In this case, complete your second order as normal, your two orders will then be automatically combined into one delivery. If you have already paid for your first order, the new order will be sent separately and there will also be separate shipping costs.

Under my account you can store and edit your delivery address in the address book section. When you place your order, you can then select it for this order.

As long as no payment has been made for your order, you can still change the desired delivery address. Please log in to "MEIN KISSaFROG" with your password. There you can under the heading "adressbook" add a new address as delivery address. Under the heading "open orders" you can then activate this address for the order in question.
